I have been updating our kitchen little by little without demo, paint, or a big budget. I spent a week recently upgrading our kitchen organization and every time I open a cabinet, it looks like a million bucks! For most of us, keeping our counters clutter free isn't an obtainable goal. There's just so much stuff we store in our kitchens! These products have helped me remove a lot of the counter clutter and better organize my cabinets so that it's MUCH easier to keep a tidy kitchen.

Spice Jars

Every time I open my spice cabinet I breathe a sigh of contentment. My spice collection is vast, but has never been very organized. I found this beautiful set of glass spice jars with bamboo lids at Amazon, and now all of my spices are in matching containers with the most beautiful labels - which were included with the set! I also picked up a tiered bamboo spice rack to keep everything organized.

Wire shelving

I love this little unit from Honey Can Do! (gifted) It has several shelves for things like dishrags and a little container of dishwasher tabs, but also holds my paper towels so I don't have to look at them hanging under the upper cabinet!

Utensil Organization

I swapped out my old wire organizers for these gorgeous bamboo trays (also gifted) from Honey Can Do and everything looks so pretty! The slanted shelves help me see everything easily, and the utensil organizers are great for both my cutlery and my tools!

bag Storage

THIS is the best! I have seen zip lock bag organizers for drawers on social media, but our small drawers are precious real estate in our home. This one mounts to the back of my cabinet door so ALL of my plastic bags, aluminum foil, AND cling wrap are all contained and easily accessible.

Under the Sink

This drawer system has been a gamer changer! I can easily reach everything without having to move other items out of the way and everything is now neatly contained with these little dividers!

Soap Tray

Not necessarily what you might think when you hear the word organization, but this tray keeps my soaps and cleaning brush neatly corralled. While it is not real marble, it is beautiful and I love that its little feet allow air to circulate underneath!

Under the counter trash can

I always drool when looking at videos of custom high end kitchens that boast trash and recycling in custom made pull out drawers. No such luck for the kitchen in my 1980's home! But I found this pull out system on Amazon that was super simple to install and doesn't take up much space in my cabinet! PLUS, I don't have to look at the trash can anymore!

Most importantly, the best way you can elevate the look of your kitchen is to PURGE! Take everything out of your cabinets and drawers. Give everything a good wipe down. Mine cabinets were GROSS! Then thoughtfully put things back and ask yourself, when is the last time I used this? I was able to purge a lot just in time for a community yard sale, which covered the cost of our new organization items!
