Air Fryer Peach Crisp
If you've been following along for a while, you're probably aware that I use WW (formerly Weight Watchers) to make better lifestyle choices. Recently, I developed this recipe as a way to enjoy one of my favorite summer desserts without blowing my entire allotment of WW points for the day. Following WW or not, this recipe is amazing and insanely easy to whip up!
So why is this recipe such a big deal? Not only is this a healthy alternative to a high calorie treat, but you can make it in a fraction of the time and with minimal ingredients!! Plus, there's no need to use a casserole dish or peel and chop fruit, so clean up is simple! (you're welcome)
Just air frying peaches alone is delicious! The peach juice bubbles and caramelizes as if you drizzled it in honey. But the addition of oats and spices give you that soft chewy texture summer crisp recipes are known for.
If you follow WW, this recipe is...ZERO POINTS...yes, you read that correctly! You can have your crisp and eat it too! And if you're not worried about the calories or points and just want a sweet fruity summer dessert, you will not be disappointed with this quick and easy recipe!

Is an air fryer worth it?
Oh, yes, my friend! Using our air fryer cuts down on the amount of time we use our oven, our microwave, and a toaster! It also cuts down the amount of cooking time PERIOD! pLUS, It gets foods delightfully crunchy without the need for much oil - or any at all!
If you're in the market for an air fryer - my absolute favorite kitchen gadget ever - here's a list of top rated options, including my own:
Instant Vortex - this is the one I own and cannot say enough great things about it

Air Fryer Peach Crisp
(per one serving, but feel free to double, triple, or make a million of this recipe!)
1 peach - halved and pit removed (no need to peel!)
scant tablespoon old fashioned oats (7/8 T is 0 points for WW)
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of ground ginger
1/2 tsp brown sugar
fat free whipped cream (optional but delicious)
1. Mix the oats, spices and sugar together and sprinkle over peach halves
2. Cook in the air fryer at 375 for 5-6 minutes or until the sugar begins to caramelize, the oats begin to brown, and the peach juice begins to bubble.
3. Serve warm with fat free whipped cream (2T is 0 points)
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until the sugar begins to caramelize, the oats begin to brown, and the peach juice begins to bubble.
While these will use more WW points, all of these toppings would be delicious!
a sprinkle of cardamom
