Gallery Wall on a Budget

After choosing the paint color for my office, selecting wall art was the first thing I wanted to do! I mentioned in an earlier post that this office is 100% my space, so I wanted to fill it with the artwork that feels like me and brings me joy! One of my favorite tips to tell people is, "hang your happy!"

Like with every project I do for our home, I wanted to keep my art budget friendly. Outside of making your own or using photographs, digital downloads are a great way to inexpensively fill your walls with gorgeous artwork! I ordered all of these from Etsy, my favorite place to find tons of inexpensive options.

For my vintage glam office I wanted to find some vintage art prints and mix in some modern style. Two of my very favorite Etsy shops for vintage digital downloads are Chaos and Wonder and North Prints. Both were running sales when I ordered, so I believe I purchased 8 digital downloads for $30!

I wanted to use brushed gold frames for everything, which I didn't already own. I thought the brushed gold would just pop perfectly against this wall color! I partnered with Frame It Easy, and I cannot tell you how incredibly impressed I am! Frame it Easy gives you the option to have them print and frame your art for you. I sent them my digital files, chose the type of frames, colors and sizes, and whether or not I wanted a mat. Everything arrived already framed with so many thoughtful details! Each frame has rubber bumpers on the back to protect your walls. They even include the nail and hook for each frame along with a cleaning cloth! Plus their prices are incredibly reasonable, and I saved so much time having them do the work for me!

With the walls painted, I hung my artwork almost immediately. When I hang a gallery wall in a random arrangement, I start with the largest piece as an anchor and center it on the wall. After that, I arrange the other pieces by holding them up in different spots until the arrangement looks right. I kind of eyeball the distance between frames because I'm not trying to line everything up exactly. I love this style of arranging a gallery wall best because it takes much less time and it feels more relaxed.

Below, you can find all of the links to the artwork and specific frames I used.

There is so much more to share for my home office and I can't wait to start digging into some of the DIYs and furniture flips for this space!
